4. Subscription and Payment

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahtapus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahtapus and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
